Digital-only delivery
Kiwi Outreach does not ship physical goods. All services, subscriptions, plan upgrades, and related access are delivered electronically.
Delivery typically occurs through account activation, workspace access, plan entitlement changes, or in-product feature availability after successful payment and internal provisioning checks.
Delivery timing
- Free access or request-access approvals may require manual review.
- Paid access, upgrades, or renewals may be activated automatically or after payment verification, fraud review, or operational checks.
- Delays may occur because of payment processor review, billing mismatches, abuse-prevention checks, technical maintenance, or third-party service issues.
No courier or physical dispatch
Because the service is digital, shipping partners, courier timelines, and physical delivery proofs do not apply.
If you do not receive access within a commercially reasonable time after payment, contact us at the support address listed on the Contact page so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a fix, service credit, extension, or other suitable remedy at our discretion.
