You may not
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or misleading outreach.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringing material.
- Use compromised mailboxes, scraped credentials, or unauthorized third-party accounts.
- Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in a way that creates operational or security risk.
Email and API conduct
Any API access included in higher plans is limited, revocable, and subject to separate operational guidance. Abuse of API capacity, automation that degrades deliverability, or unsanctioned scraping/export behavior may result in immediate suspension.
