- Technical usage data such as sign-in timestamps, notifications, and security logs.
How we use information
- To operate the service, process campaign sends, and render tracking data.
- To review access requests, authenticate users, and enforce workspace permissions.
- To provide customer support, risk controls, fraud prevention, and service diagnostics.
- To process subscription payments, handle invoicing, and resolve disputes or chargebacks.
- To improve reliability, monitor abuse, and maintain platform security.
Legal bases and sharing
Where applicable, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and your instructions as the basis for processing. We do not sell customer personal data and do not claim any compliance certification or corporate status that does not apply to us.
We share data only with subprocessors and service providers needed to host the application, deliver email workflows, provide support, process payments, or comply with law.
Retention and control
- Workspace records are retained for operational continuity, backup integrity, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- You may request export or deletion of your account data, subject to retention obligations and the integrity of audit or billing records.
- Connected mailbox credentials should be rotated promptly if you suspect compromise.
