General rule
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the workspace, seats, or service access has been provisioned or materially used. We do not offer refunds for poor campaign performance, lack of replies, deliverability outcomes, or partial-period non-use.
Refund requests we may review
- Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases.
- Billing errors attributable to us.
- A technical failure that prevented initial activation and could not be cured within a reasonable period.
- Refunds otherwise required under applicable law or mandated by a payment processor resolution.
Refund request window
Any refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original charge. After that period, charges are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Where appropriate, we may choose service credits, plan extensions, or corrective support instead of a cash refund.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse charges already incurred for the active billing period unless a refund exception above applies.
