Data Processing Addendum

This DPA explains how Kiwi Outreach processes customer content on behalf of workspace operators and how subprocessors may be engaged to deliver the service.

Roles

For customer workspace data, the customer is the controller or business user, and Kiwi Outreach acts as a processor or service provider to the extent applicable. For our own account, fraud, legal, and billing records, the Service Operators (Shrey Kumar Soni and Prince Khatri) may act as independent controllers.

Processing instructions

  • We process workspace data to host the service, authenticate users, deliver campaigns, store templates, track events, support customers, and secure the platform.
  • We engage subprocessors only for infrastructure, email integrations, and payment operations reasonably necessary to operate the service.
  • We will take reasonable steps to assist with deletion or export requests where technically feasible and legally permitted.
